• If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Infinivents provides a browser-based platform for creating, hosting, and attending immersive 3D virtual events. Our services include:

• 3D Virtual Environments: Customizable virtual spaces for conferences, meetings, networking, and entertainment events.
• Real-Time Communication: Spatial audio, video streaming, screen sharing, and chat capabilities powered by WebRTC technology.
• Event Management: Tools for creating events, managing participants, assigning roles, and controlling stage elements.
• Broadcasting Features: Professional controls for managing speakers, multimedia cues, and live streaming.
• Analytics: Insights into event attendance, engagement, and participant behavior.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.

To access certain features of our Platform, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to the following:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for extended inactivity.
• You may not transfer your account or share credentials with others without our consent.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following terms:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
• We may change subscription fees upon 30 days' notice. Changes apply at the next billing cycle.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You agree to use our Platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Violating any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or bullying other users.
• Posting or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or promotes violence or discrimination.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely claiming affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform, servers, or networks.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other means to access or interact with the Platform without permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of our software.
• Using the Platform to distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing.
• Violating the intellectual property rights of Infinivents or any third party.
• We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including account termination and legal action.

Our Platform allows you to create, upload, share, and interact with content. By submitting content, you agree to the following:

• You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant Infinivents a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and improving our services.
• You are solely responsible for content you create and share. Ensure you have the rights to share any content you upload.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.
• Content shared during events may be visible to other participants based on event settings.
• If you enable event recording, you are responsible for obtaining consent from participants as required by law.
• We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content.

The Infinivents Platform and its contents are protected by intellectual property laws. By using our Platform, you acknowledge the following:

• All software, designs, graphics, logos, text, and other materials on the Platform are owned by Infinivents or our licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform without written permission.
• You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
• Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution.
• Third-party content and integrations are subject to their respective owners' terms and licenses.

Our Platform may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their terms and privacy policies:

• We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of third-party services.
• Third-party integrations are provided 'as is' and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
• You are responsible for reviewing and complying with third-party terms of service.
• We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party services.

The Platform is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied:

• We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We do not guarantee that the Platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We are not responsible for any content created or shared by users.
• Technical issues, including latency, browser compatibility, or network conditions, may affect your experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinivents and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infinivents and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
• Content you create, upload, or share on the Platform.
• Your violation of any rights of another party.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable policies.
• Conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, third parties, or our business.
• Extended inactivity or non-payment of subscription fees.
• At our sole discretion, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Infinivents is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles:

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
• Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration association.
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
• Small claims court actions and injunctive relief for intellectual property violations are exempt from arbitration.
• The prevailing party in any dispute may be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through email or a prominent announcement on our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
